Lims Taekwondo School in North Surrey & Langley is an integrated traditional Taekwondo and modern Olympic Sparring School. It combines a creative studio with a state-of-the-art teaching program facility under one roof. We provide the whole package; from beginner classes which build confidence and self-discipline, to challenging classes which give oppourtunity to earn the final black belt, as well any other fitness/self-defence instruction you may need.


With over 50 years of experience, Lims Taekwondo is the brainchild of Grand Master DT Lim, the founder of LIMS TAEKWONDO. Grand Master DT Lim is the president of BC Taekwondo Federation. He is a World Champion and he has been the coach of Team Korea and Team Canada in the past. His vision is to provide world class level teaching
programs that are found in team training that has been based on scientific research. His goal is to keep the attention to detail in students, which can be achieved by keeping class sizes at a proportinate ratio to the number of students, to the instructors that teach the class.

Our famous children award winning programs are designed and led by the Head Master Jin Lim, who has 25 years of experience in Taekwondo and a 5th Degree Black Belt. His study in research and various competing experience has led to creating successful programs for Kids and Adults which help build self-esteem, confidence, and inspire them to be a leader.

Together with a team of dedicated, experienced individuals, Lims Taekwondo in surrey strives to deliver the best quality of programs for students of all ages.
