Our Programs

Park Excursion
A special program for outdoor enthusiasts. The Excursion to the park allows young people to discover the incredible activities offered by Parc Jean-Drapeau. Each week participants will get to go to LaRonde, rock climbing, kayaking, biking, and more.

Ninja Cardio
Ninja Cardio is a fun program aimed at developing physical abilities, self-confidence and surpassing oneself in an entertaining and spectacular environment similar to the programs Ninja Warrior and Warrior Junior.

Dance & Yoga
This program is centered on the development of oneself, the awareness of ones environment, and the perception of movements. Explore the notion of harmony between body, mind, and environment through the practice of dance and yoga.

Martial Arts & Philosophy
Aiming at self-development and awareness of ones environment, this program offers an introduction to the concept of harmony between body, mind, and environment through the practice of martial arts, self-defence, and meditation activities.

Green Technologies
Out of concern for the environment and sustainable development, we are offering a green technology program that will raise young peoples awareness of environmental protection. Campers will do activities like gardening, science experimentation, recycling, and have zero waste workshops.
